Chai Lassi

I fell in love with Lassi’s when on my travels through India (way back when). They are yoghurt based, so a little like a smoothie but with spices. Ive created this recipe with spices from another favourite Indian drink, Chai. Substitute spices in and out as you please.

Makes about 400ml (enough for 2-4 servings)

Simply mix everything together well, adding more spices to taste if necessary. Pour into suitable bottles or flasks and refrigerate until needed. Shake up and serve.
