You know me, never one to go mainstream. Here’s some inspiration for when you’re stuck for a pot, don’t have the cash to buy them or like me think, why stop at a plant pot when you can use…an old tea leaf tin, a vintage gravy boat or a tin can.

I love my lychee fruit can (from an Asian food store) so much that I bought the lychees for a second time when I discovered the can had been thrown out. Obviously empty cans aren’t as precious to others as me! There’s nothing like a bit of cool packaging hoarding. Lets just hope I’m as good at keeping the plants alive now.
